Xero – The future is here now

Being Xero Accountants for some time, we are well placed to explain the transformation that Xero has brought to the world of accountancy packages for businesses.

That means, for example, that you can be raising quotes whilst on site, raising end of day timesheets on the train, or preparing invoices before you leave a client’s premises. These can then be emailed direct to the client, there and then, improving cash flow.

Your accountant can also access the data from his office. No more emailing backups backwards and forwards. The accountant can simply login remotely and you can both be looking at the same screen at the same time, discussing how the business is running and deciding what improvements can be made. Updates are automatic and there is no messing around with upgrades and patches. Everything is updated centrally for you on a regular basis. Backups are automatic so there is no risk to you of data loss and free email support is available all year round.
