Diversity Survey Results
We had an impressive response rate of 79% to our Diversity Survey for 2025.
An analysis of the results showed:
- We employ a broad range of different ages from 16 to over 65.
- We have a higher number of female staff than male staff.
- 68% of staff attended state-funded non-selective school and 44% are qualified to degree level.
- A slightly higher proportion of our staff are married with around 29% of staff having children under the age of 18.
- 11% of our staff consider themselves to be neurodivergent although 24% have not shared this information.
