Trainees join us from school or college to study AAT level qualifications and from higher education to follow the ACA Chartered Accountant route. As part of the UHY Hacker Young Group, we are large enough for you as a trainee to tap into the knowledge and experience of specialists in their field, yet small enough to ensure you experience a personal and friendly environment.
Your training could include various aspects of accounting, audit, tax and business advice; you will benefit from the investments we have made in the latest accounting technology.
Your progress will be reviewed formally every six months and you can be assured of positive challenge, support and guidance from your line manager / mentor throughout your time with us. Whichever training path you choose, we are committed to your success.
We keep the number of trainee accountants manageable to ensure a positive learning and development experience for everyone.
