Kyle has been selected as one of our Values Champions from our Hungerford office, for his excellent work at a recent careers fair.
Here’s what Cara from our Swindon office said:
“I attended a careers fair with Kyle today. Having never really met him, let alone worked with him previously I was pleasantly surprised at the professional manner in which he conducted himself. He made himself approachable to the students at all times, he was there to support me when I was struggling to find the right words, he supported the students and gave them advice even when they didn’t want to be an accountant. At the end he spoke to the careers teacher and professionally fed back that he didn’t feel apprenticeships were understood enough by the students – from that he managed to secure an invitation to an assembly next week to talk to the students about apprenticeships. He also brought up our values in a general conversation and said how he sets himself personal targets around them”
Well done too to Sarah and Izzy for exceptional teamwork and volunteering to help out others in their team.
