This week marked Karen Smith’s 40 year anniversary with the firm.
After leaving school Karen originally started as the office junior. Since then she has worked in many roles and is now our highly respected Company Secretarial Manager.
In this multi-skilled role she deals with formations, dissolutions and all compliance matters in between, ensuring that all documents are filed at Companies House accurately and on time to avoid penalties.
Whilst seasons have come and gone, one thing remained certain, Karen’s unfaltering loyalty to the firm.
When asked why she had been with the firm so long she explained that it was because “I enjoy my job and the people I work with.”
Well, we enjoy working with you too, Karen, and hope you’ll be with us for many more years to come.
