In a praiseworthy attempt to help those affected by the recent flooding HMRC have launched a dedicated helpline 0800 904 7900. The helpline is available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm. In order to help HMRC have promised: to agree instalment arrangements where taxpayers are
