The Business Admin Assistant role:

Reporting to our Reception Team Manager, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative tasks within our firm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of our reception office
  • Handling incoming enquiries by phone and email
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to our Newbury office
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing ad hoc business admin support to our Management & Leadership Team, HR Manager, Marketing Manager and Credit Control Department
  • Participating in an apprenticeship training program to develop your knowledge and skills and gain a qualification

Working arrangements

The working week: Normal hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, to be worked from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Location: Principal work base is our Newbury Office.
