Ross Brooke Chartered Accountants is strengthening its position in the Thames Valley with the opening of an Abingdon office.
Ross Brooke currently works with a wide-ranging client base across most industries, offering accountancy, taxation and business advisory services.
The company was established in 1994 and has offices in Newbury, Swindon and Hungerford. Now employing a team of 90 staff across its four sites, the Abingdon team opened its latest office on 11th June. The new site is located in Windrush Court on Abingdon Business Park and the team is led by Michael Brooke and Caroline Webster.
The new office has opened with a team of 9, with some staff relocating from the Newbury office and some new members of staff recruited locally to the positions created by the growth in the firm.
Michael Brooke said: “We are delighted to be opening a fourth office owing to the continued expansion of Ross Brooke.
“From here, we’ll be offering the full range of accountancy services with a particular focus on audit, charities and a full range of tax planning services.
“All of our partners and key staff see working for Ross Brooke as more than simply a job and we have a healthy mix of long serving employees and new joiners at senior level. We are therefore able to approach issues, both strategic and routine, from a broad range of perspectives, which is a key strength in helping clients succeed.
“Our culture is about working together in the best interests of our clients. We aspire to be our clients’ trusted adviser and place significant emphasis on the development of long-term relationships. Whilst we ensure that our clients receive a technically robust service we always try to look beyond the basic compliance function, proactively using our firm-wide expertise to deliver an enhanced offering.”
